Founder/Landscape Designer

Lee comes from a landscaping background spanning over 35 years. With a working knowledge of sustainable and native plant design, he has developed landscape designs in this region since the late eighties. Lee has a degree in Landscape Horticulture with an emphasis on Landscape Design from Auburn University and started his career on the Gulf Coast. He is a registered North Carolina Landscape Contractor and North Carolina Certified Plant Professional. Lee is a member of several professional landscape organizations including The North Carolina Nursery and Landscape Association and The Ecological Landscape Alliance.


Lee lives in east Asheville with his wife, Martha, and their dog Tallulah. They have two grown children who joined the family business in 2020.

Office & Marketing

Annie handles customer relations, day-to-day office management, and project scheduling.

She graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a double minor in Art and Africana Studies. Her Interdisciplinary background focused on principles of sustainability and community development.

Prior to Earthscapes, Annie worked in the service industry for over 10 years and knows the importance of good communication and how to manage multiple 'irons in the fire'. 

Annie has recently completed a certificate in Landscape Design & Graphics from Green & Growin'. 



Operations Manager/Logistics 

Logan is our person on the ground. With over a decade of experience in the field, he understands a multitude of landscape design practices and has the capability to implement them on site. In the years since graduating with a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina Asheville, he has fostered relationships within the local landscaping community. Today he is committed to working directly with clients, aiding in bringing their visions to light.
